Unfortunately, if you are like many people you have focused so much on the daily tasks of running your business that you have forgotten to put in place systems and automation to simplify your business processes. You just need to set up this CRM, that spreadsheet, a nested document drive, name your 2nd child Boris, and voila!
....Or not. And as quickly as you came, you hit the little 'x' in the corner and you return to doing business the way you always have.
Getting your business organised really shouldn't be this hard. Lucky for you, there are a bunch of total techy-systems nerds (like me) in the world, who love nothing more than figuring out exactly what your business needs and how to make it happen.
